Simple, repeatable, and fast.

A focused workflow for getting from rough materials to a finished, useful deliverable without endless back and forth.

Patch bay and analog routing at The Social Club
PREP

Get the materials in order.

Send the mix, stems, references, notes, BPM, and delivery requirements. If something needs attention before work begins, you will hear about it before time is spent.

MIX + PRINT

Make the decisions count.

The work moves through focused digital preparation, analog summing or capture where appropriate, and careful review against the target. You receive a clear first pass, not a mystery.

DELIVER

Leave with clean files.

Final masters and requested alternates are delivered with consistent naming and practical specs for distribution, video, broadcast, vinyl, cassette, or archive.

A process should make the work easier to hear.

Turnaround is usually 48–72 hours for a test master and 72–96 hours for a test mix and master, Monday through Friday. Albums and larger projects are scheduled with clear dates.

Mastering includes two revision rounds. Mix + master includes three revision rounds. Additional rounds are quoted plainly, and deep analog recalls after approval may incur a recall fee that is discussed up front.

A practical checklist

Before you send the files.

The best first pass begins with a little context. It does not need to be perfect.
